Are you feeling stuck? Unfulfilled? Feeling like something is missing, but not quite sure what, or not sure what needs to change? I have been there!
Using a semi-structured coaching approach, useful tools, and creativity we will check in with where you are now, where you want to be, and how you can get there. We will explore where you are getting stuck, what's the problem you're trying to solve, and looking into what else could be behind that problem. Then we will generate ideas of different options that exist for you, and you will take action to explore the options that are most appealing and to make moves to a new a more fulfilled life.

I believe my clients have the answers within themselves, and I am here to help dig deeper, to challenge, to help shift perspectives so that YOU can be transformative. So that YOU can define and reach your goals, whatever they may be.
I listen
Not only to what you are saying but also what you are not saying. I listen to the silence in between your words - and it’s usually in that silence where we hold ourselves back.
I challenge you
to look at what isn't working for you. This can often be uncomfortable, but it is through the discomfort we reach a positive change.

Identify your current values
What is it that is important to you, and checking in to see if you are living according to your values. If you aren’t, why not?
Check in with where you are now
Not your physical location (although that may play a role), but looking at your life - how fulfilled you are in the different aspects of your life
Discover what brings you energy and what engages you
People tend to be bored when things are too easy, and anxious when things are too challenging. What is your happy medium? When was the last time you were so engaged in something that you didn’t notice time passing. What activities put you in that flow state? What activities have you feeling energized and excited, and what activities drain your energy and have you feeling low?
Explore your possible futures - plural
We have many lives inside of us, but we are living the life we choose. So, what are the different possibilities? What would you do if you could, if money didn’t matter, if you didn’t care what people thought? You will sketch out at least 3 different possible lives and transport yourself forward. Then we’ll explore how each option makes you feel - excited, bored, scared? This is the fun part!
Brainstorm how to live your best life
You’ve identified some lives you want to live, how do you get there? Through prototyping/testing of course! Together we will come up with ideas of how best to gather information, and test out if you want to live this new life
Set smart goals for the next 3 months
Once we have identified what you want, how will you get there. What is feasible, reasonable and how will you be accountable?
